There are three positions we offer at Bottleneck Medical:

1. Medical Scribe
2. Insurance Verification Specialist
3. New Patient Coordinator

You can also look at hiring one person that can have multiple responsibilities up to 40 hours per week. It is recommended to hire separate distant assistants for each role. We find assistants, or anyone for that matter, are far more effective when they focus on one area of expertise instead of focusing on multiple roles and/or responsibilities.
